The brief

Belmont Dental wanted a show its clients would actually finish. Dr. Leah Okafor had the stories; what was missing was someone to plan the episodes, book the guests and cut each one down to the part worth hearing.

How we run it

We record on the show’s day, most guests from home with the link we send. Each voice lands on its own track, so a bad connection never costs a take. The first cut goes back within two days with chapters and show notes, and the client’s notes are answered in the file by the next morning.

What changed

18,400 plays in 30 days. Finished by 88% of listeners. The show now does the job a newsletter used to do, and clients mention it before they mention anything else.
